Another Fun And Inspiring Read

So once a week..or maybe every 2 weeks this guy updates his blog with something inspiring or interesting. This weeks blog really made me think…people always say look on the bright side…sometimes taking yourself away from what could happen and focusing on what you want to happen can make it easier to do things that scare us. This could be applied to almost anything, including weightloss. Like for instance..I love to watch aerial artists and would rather enjoy trying that…since I am not exactly an athlete…I’ve signed up for an intro to aerial workout. We will see how this goes. Wish me luck…I’m pretty close to their limit in weight so I’m hoping I haven’t gained too much. Anyhow…hope you enjoy the read..I’m off to snuggle someone special. -A When things go terribly right http://www.raptitude.com/2013/02/when-things-go-terribly-right/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Raptitudecom+%28Raptitude.com%29

Starting again

It is so hard to get going with weightwatchers again. I just can get motivated to keep track of food or get to the gym. I guess with my uncle we always planned on where we were going so I could check calories and plan ahead…it’s a lot harder to do that without him. I haven’t even really gone to the market in a couple of weeks. I keep eating out or trying to find something in the freezer to eat before it goes bad. I guess I need to find some small measure of fitness to try for awhile..like yoga..something I’d do regularly. I’ll figure it out. For now..good luck to all of you out there facing the same struggle…and remember to keep making that fat cry!
